Cleaning Technician

Position Summary:

Entry-level role responsible for performing routine cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and disinfecting. Cleaning Technicians follow established cleaning protocols to ensure cleanliness and hygiene in assigned areas. They report directly to the Shift Supervisor or Lead Technician.


Responsibilities:

Perform daily cleaning tasks in assigned areas.

Report any maintenance or safety concerns.

Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies.

Ensure all cleaning standards are met in compliance with ISSA certifications.


Reporting Structure:

Area Manager reports to the Regional Manager.

Lead Cleaning Technician reports to the Area Manager.

Cleaning Technician reports to the Lead Cleaning Technician.

Lead Cleaning Technician

Position Summary:

The Lead Cleaning Technician oversees a small team of Cleaning Technicians, ensuring that all cleaning tasks are completed to company standards. They serve as a liaison between the Cleaning Technicians and management, providing guidance and assistance as needed. They report directly to the Area Manager.

Responsibilities:

Perform daily cleaning tasks in assigned areas.

Report any maintenance or safety concerns.

Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies.

Ensure all cleaning standards are met in compliance with ISSA certifications.

Supervise and assist Cleaning Technicians in daily duties.

Train new staff on cleaning standards and procedures.

Assist in conducting quality control inspections.

Ensure safety and compliance with company policies.


Reporting Structure:

Area Manager reports to the Regional Manager.

Lead Cleaning Technician reports to the Area Manager.

Cleaning Technician reports to the Lead Cleaning Technician.

Area Manager 

Position Summary:

The Area Manager is responsible for overseeing multiple cleaning teams across several locations. They manage the day-to-day operations, ensuring high cleaning standards and client satisfaction. The Area Manager works closely with Lead Technicians to ensure efficient workflows and provides feedback and reports to the Regional Manager.

Responsibilities:

Oversee cleaning operations in designated areas.

Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with company and ISSA standards.

Manage scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation.

Address client concerns and implement solutions.

Report performance and operations metrics to the Regional Manager.


Reporting Structure:

Area Manager reports to the Regional Manager.

Lead Cleaning Technician reports to the Area Manager.

Cleaning Technician reports to the Lead Cleaning Technician.
